Modern European apartment fit-out.

Located in central Wellington, this renovation transformed a single unit within a multi-story De Vere Apartment complex of approximately 20 units. The commercial fit-out was overseen by a Wellington-based architect in collaboration with the client. The project featured a new designer kitchen with a custom stainless steel benchtop and bespoke cabinetry, alongside a modernized bathroom to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Internal walls and doors were reconfigured to optimize the layout. A striking 10+ meter gallery wall, designed to appear floating, serves as a central feature, adding a unique aesthetic element. The flooring, crafted from eco-friendly, recycled native timber, was laid in a Scandinavian style. The architect and client jointly led the interior design process.
